1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
- Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Any incorrect booking details must be corrected before payment is completed.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 11:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Identification & Security Deposit
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- A security deposit may be required, refundable at check-out after room inspection.
4. Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies
- Guests must respect hotel rules and avoid disruptive behavior.
- Smoking, loud noise, and damage to property are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate policies.
5. Property Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen belongings. A safety deposit box is available for valuables.
6. Force Majeure
- The hotel is not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
